Acting suspiciously
This company is sending people in Europe e-mails about terminated IT services in the past. There is no better business-like selling Air business and try to lift people up with this kind of tricky after sales.
Companies like Transworld and Tsico.com is trying to make a business of this. That this way of correspondence (better known by Nigerians groups on the internet) has spread to some companies in the US is to say at least worrisome. Europe offers more protection to there citizens against this type of SCAMMERS. Do not let yourself in with these companies.
They profesional looking websites with scare-craft texts does not say everything. They not standing above the law.
Ignore them. Regards, Joost - Amsterdam.
Rude and not helpful
I was woken up at 8:30 A.M. with a man he gave his name (I didn't catch his name) and said he was on a recorded line and asked to speak to my daughter Virginia I told him he woke me up and that Virginia wasn't here, I asked if I could take a message he said no he would call back later.
At 11:00 A.M. I called the number that appeared on my caller I.D. a woman called and said Transworld Systems Inc. on a recorded line.
I asked if this was a debt collection agency and I was told she could NOT tell me that until she knew my name so I gave it to her and told me the name of the company and she was not at liberty to tell me more.
MANNERS and kindness go a long way. Don't be rude on your FIRST CALL!!!!

I am not their "Customer"!
Got a strange and kind of abrupt phone call on my job. They are "Looking" for someone with my same name.
They asked me for my birthday and address. I said *** no, I've had my identity stolen once and it's not going to happen again. From a business perspective who just starts calling everyone in the world looking for a "John Smith" trying to collect money? What is this Guess Collection Agency?
I think this is a scam company or at a minimum they are just crooks!
I recommend everyone report this company to the better business bureau and the authorities. It's bad business practices like this that make people not want to deal with any "legitimate" companies trying to collect a debt.
Don’t pay them

Class Action Lawsuits filed against Transworld Systems!
Check out the various lawsuits filed against NCO, Transworld Systems and several of their Trusts. Might be helpful in fighting these cowards.
Just do a Google search and follow the money, or ask your attorney to look into this for information on how they violate various state and federal laws, and how that information can benefit an alleged debtor. If they file suit, their common practice is to leave the lawsuit dormant (inactive) for months or more, until the court prods them to do something.
Likewise, their supporting documents can be incomplete or robo-signed (another illegal practice), and a good attorney can guide you through how to protect yourself and your finances. Disclaimer - I am NOT a licensed attorney in any state, just a good legal researcher.
