Transworld Systems - Poor collections - BEWARE
impossible to contact. I have attempted to pay a small ($31.50) medical invoice which was forwarded to Transworld Systems for collections for months.
I attempted to pay the invoice initially through a medical billing service. I called at least 15 times, left numerous unanswered messages without successfully being able to pay the invoice. The medical billing service was poor.
Transworld System is beyond poor. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, a rude receptionist finally answered requesting the account number. She then transferred the call and after being placed on hold for another 10 minutes, a voice message indicating that the hours of operation were until 5 PM (it was currently 4 PM). The voice message continued that the office was opened "every other Saturday from 8-12" however it did not identify if the office was opened the upcoming Saturday.
The invoice indicated an online option; however, when accessed the following message appeared:
"Call Us
We can no longer service you through this web site.
Please call 1-87*-417-**** for further assistance."
Amazing that this company is able to stay in business.
POOR, POOR, POOR!
